Unhappy client who lost trust in the brand

My Ford Fietsa I bought at this branch. I alwsy had a great experience from in and out. I have serviced my car a couple of times with them. The problem started when I took my car for the last service... I asked them to check everything because there was a weird noise. Well they did the minor service and said everything was in order... When I drove the car the noise was there... On the 08th I took my car in because the noise had worsened. I asked them to check everything that could potentially be wrong with the car. I will make the final decision of what I wanted to fix. I wait whole day and only at about half past 2pm I get a call from the desk lady telling me that they took the car for a drive and looked underneath and "they think the noise come from the gear box and that the don't repaired but replace", I respond by asking if they had checked the bearing and she irritable asked why should they and I proceeded to tell her to eliminate all possibilities. To cut the long story short they gave me a quote of R45k saying that was the amount it would cost to repair the "gearbox". Even my driver became irritated and defense when I aired my dissatisfaction. Mind you the car was bought from them on the 29th of November 2020 😏
