OVERWHELMED BY FRIENDLY STAFF AT KELSFORD
As a previous FORD customer I am not surprised (or maybe I was,yes) by the high level of genuine friendliness from the MD - friendly, charming and professional to me as I grabbed a coffee at BRUE Cafe (right next to FORD Kelsford. BUT was to be OVERWHELMED by the small and impressive Customer Expereince lady Zinique Human who educated me on the features of the 1 litre ECOSPORT who offered a test drive in a flash!
