Not a good first impression.

Booked my car in for a service this morning at about 7:05, I needed a lift to work and the driver told me that I could only be dropped after 9:00. Would be great if I was alerted prior. 2 hours is a bit extreme to wait of a coutousey lift to have people coming in long after you to be dropped first. I voiced my concern to the last at the service consultant at the (older white women, ddnt catch her name) reception counter and she just shrugged me off saying that yes thats normal but she'll make a note of my concern. Probably ddnt do anything about it. I called a buddy and he was there in about 25 minutes. I work in Techno Park Stellenbosch and it took us 18 minutes to get back to work wow. Coffee was good though.
