Kelfords Ford’s shocking after sales service

At first when I bought my bakkie the experience was great and the service good.

There was one or two things not right with the bakkie that I asked them to fix which they agreed to. My bakkie went in for the repairs and came back with dents on the door. The sales person said they will fix it and after numerous calls and messages they haven’t done it. I bought the bakkie November 2019 and we are almost in June 2020.

The sales person said the manager will call me numerous times. Still to this day Im waiting for that call.

I also requested a copy of the signed purchase documents and still haven’t received it. Asking time and again for it.

It feels like once they know they have their money the service stop their. If this os the case I will never support then again.
