Kelford ford somerset west-im not happy client right now

Took my car for major service at kelfords on the 26/03/2020 Upon coming to get the car i asked if my wind screen washer has been fixed and the lady told yes its fixed. Took the car and drive home, windscreen washer is not working, my car is currently making a strange sound after cambelt was changed, my engine cover is missing. They are now closed for the countrys lockdown, i cant even take my car back to them, i dont know why i keep on going back to these guys because i had a problem with them the last time. Well this time im not letting this one slide after paying over 7k for a service that left me so uncomfortable driving my car. Come the 17/04 i want my car fixed!! Its one ford dealer closest to my work thats why i go there..
