Kelford ford bad service ever .Bought in 2016 a brand new echo sport in 2017 the gearbox was replace after that the car went in sevral times for aircon and small stuff in 2019 the engine need to be replace because they could'nt find the problem now again in 2019 with less than 70 000 km the gearbox dont whant select 1st or 2nd gear but all the other gears works fine .When i phone Kelford ford and told them about the problem and ask for a courtesy vehicle they couldnt help me and told me they can help me on 30/09/2019 and i told them the clutch gonna packed up and if that happens what than they told me in that case phone ford assistance they will tow you in now today on the 30/09/2019 the car went in and now they want to charge me for a new clutch after i explaine my story to the manager he became ****y to me and told me its my word against he's word for driving the car with no 1st or 2nd gear and i must pay R12 000 to fix my car.This peace of junk was a factory *****up from day 1 like all fords out on the road i will fight this ****y manager and fix this junk just to get rid of it .The service at Kelford ford is worse than the **** they selling to people
