Incredible service... they go the extra mile

What an amazing experience. I bought my first brand new car the other day from kelfords Ford and the service and expertise they have there is outstanding!! Lionel helped us with every question we had and really did a great job of making me feel comfortable and confident with my decision. Diolene at financing was equally amazing and helped moved everything along quickly so that I had my car in 2 days... Lionel even delivered it to my work in Epping. I walked outside to my new car with a red carpet, a big red bow and even chocolates and flowers!! Truly incredible service from Kelfords,I would highly recommend them. We went to quite a few dealerships and kelfords had the most friendly staff and welcoming environment. 10/10...
