Horrible after sales service

<p>So I traded in my car, which was in perfect condition. I treded it in on a polo tdi. I was told they have "standards" and "checklists" they go by. I was told all scratches and dents were removed and fixed. The day my car was delivered I noticed the cars splash plate is completely loose and hanging on the ground. There was several spots where the paint was damaged. Aaaaaand then I opened the bonnet. The radiator water in the bottel was rusty brown, and the cambelt that had to be replaced was not. So I told them. After I found out they wanted to put aftermarket parts on my car they finally came to collect my car. AFTER A MONTH!!!!! Shows how they chace you for a sale but dont give a **** after you sign on the line.</p>
