Fantastic client experience at Kelfrods

The team at Kelfords Somerset West is great. They listen attentively, have fantastic problem solving skills and operate with a high level of integrity. They are also respectful and do not have this condescending manner that I recently encountered at a different dealership. Kelfords Somerset West does not give you advice that will force you to be billed unnecessarily. They put the client first.

When I called into the dealership, I had a query regarding my vehicle and the associated warranty plan. The team did the necessary checks and reverted back to me with solid advice that enabled me to take the dealer who had sold me the vehicle to task for their dishonesty.

Kelfords performed the service and kept me informed at all steps in the process. The team at Kelfords is unproblematic and client champions. I would personally like to thank Zinique, Alicia (I do apologize, I think I have spelt it incorrectly), Freddie just to name a few. But everyone I encountered at the dealership was super helpful and friendly.

I thought that I knew what excellent service was at a dealership until I encountered Kelfords. They have definitely raised the bar for me. And have sold me on the Ford brand.
