Don’t trust Kelfords end of story

So I took my car to Kelfords in Somerset West in the beginning of November 2024 as the gears had a shudder when shifting to third gear, a software update was done but did not resolve the issue. Kelfords stated that there was no issue. A week and a bit later I took it in for the second time. They again claimed there was no issue. The third time I suggested that I drive myself and a technician sit next to me. This was arrange with Robin the service manager, after driving the car for five minutes the technician acknowledged that the gearbox is faulty. I then arranged with the service manager to bring the car in again on a later date for paperwork to be done to claim on the warranty for the gearbox. On the fourth time bringing the car in I’m am told I have to take it somewhere else. This is absolutely unacceptable and absurd. I chose to collect my vehicle as now they have lost my trust. Four times to the dealership in less than two months, how ridiculous.
