Disappointed

I have made contact early the morning to try and get a booking for my vehicle as I had a mechanical breakdown. I was told on two occasions that I would be phoned. I was phoned once. As I answered the call dropped. I tried calling for a 3rd time and my call was dropped. Very disappointed in the service received. Please do better.
