BAD SERVICE!!!!

My biggest mistake was to support this local business!

Dont support! Bought a vehicle with defective tires which they dismissed as normal.

Furthermore, the DP, Tristan Kelly, sense of customer service has gone astray in recent years, openly lying to Ford South Africa about the details of the transaction and not backing a clear fault made by his staff. Once the money is in their bank the tune has changed drastically. Character always gets tested when you are held liable and the problem cannot be shifted to a warranty claim.
