Awesome Service from Kelfords - thank you Robin!

Hi Tristan

I just wanted to inform you of the exception service I received from Robin yesterday! I was in a panic as I couldn’t not get my Kuga into reverse, 1st, 3rd and 5th and didn’t know what to do. I contacted Robin, he sent guys to collect my car, to see what the problem was, the technicians found a loose bracket was the cause of the problem and they fixed it and then returned my car to me! I am so appreciative that he went above and beyond for me! This is why I will never take my car anywhere else for services or If I have any other difficulties!!
