Good Day, A product was advertised for free on the internet called Keito Weight Loss. All that had to be paid was the postage of R67.00 which I did. On 31.12.18 I received an sms from my bank iforming me of a transaction of +/-R1 441.00 being deucted from my account. I reported this to the bank and said i received no OTP for any transactions and all I know that I paid for was postage for this item. I asked them to please cancel and reverse the transaction and they refused. Mr card was then stopped so no more transactions could be processed and after following up I ahad to log a disupute with the bank who later infomred me that I need to mae a case. I did not know who to make a case against and began investigating my self obtained an e mail address and corresponded. The responded leaving a telephone number ********** saying that the parcel left for my postal address. They give no further information when I asked why they took money from me they said they have terms and conditions I should have cancelled the order with in 14 days and I didnt. Well there was nothing of this on this advert. I have been fighting since 31.12.18 to get my money and eventually they refunded 50% in January. I followed up as to where the balance of my refund is they are now telling me that I agreed to receive a 50% refund. They then proceed to end the call and will not inform me why they wont refund my money in full for a product I have not received.

I consider this to be ***** and i dont know any other way to get my money from them.

People please beware of them.
