Nonsense service with no feedback whatsoever

They contact us in August 2020 regarding assistance with our fines, we made the payment and guess what we get sent from pillar to post for a printout, nothing was done. They just eat people's money and don't bother to respond or take any call. What nonsense company is this that cannot do what they promise to do except eat people's money? The social media pages none of them work, the company has been removed from those social media pages. Will never recommend such nonsense company to anyone as I had so many clients interested but iyoh no ways... I'm disappointed to the highest degree!!!
