BAD AFTEER SALES SERVICE

Took myToyota Yaris to KEITH C MOTOR REPAIRS for major service and front disk pads and rear linings. The service is good. Since receiving the car back, when applying brakes there is a terrible sound that I can hear. At first it happened each time I app**** the brakes and after returning the car for the noise to be attended to it is now only doing it around 50% of the time. I returned the car three times and have now been told that there is nothing that they can do to fix the problem. I told them that the job needs to be redone and another set of brakes used as obviously the ones that they used were faulty. Only to be advised that the Agent who provided the part advised the company that there was nothing they could do and I have to now live with it. I have had my Yaris for 4/5 years now and had brakes done before by a different firm. The CC has a 6 Months Guarantee or 10 000 kms written on the invoice.
