Keipoletse Funerals disappointing service

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Keipoletse Funerals in Kimberley and feel compelled to share my frustration. The service we received was nothing short of appalling. The manager, Masoso Ramapulane, displayed an unprofessional and arrogant attitude throughout the process. She was dismissive and rude, and the level of service provided fell far short of what was promised—and what was evidently given to other families.

My family, the Thetsane family, felt completely undermined and disrespected. It was painfully clear that Keipoletse Funerals did not value our business. In a time when we were seeking support and compassion, we were met with a complete lack of empathy and professionalism, which is especially troubling given the nature of the service they provide.

In conclusion, I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Keipoletse Funerals. Their disregard for clients, poor service, and dismissive attitude—particularly from the manager—left us feeling taken advantage of during an incredibly difficult time when we needed care and reliability the most.
