Not hospitable and very unprofessional

A booking error was made by Kleine Bosch for accommodation booked 29-31 January 2016. The business had to refund my deposit because I had no choice but to make alternative arrangements. The issue was not as much with the mistake made, even if it did cost me more to find alternative accommodation. It was with the unprofessional, condescending behaviour of the owners.
