very bad service in a small town

<p>My friend and I very disgusted by the poor service we received from the keg and springbuck in Middelburg E.C. on saturday 22/10/16.</p> <p> </p> <p>My friend and I visits the keg every week either to eat something or just to relax and have a couple of drinks. This passing Saturday we were not granted the oppurtunity to relax and have some drinks. We were questioned by a waitress about a customer at the bar inside the building that got up and left the bar without paying. We wanted to go sit Outside the bar but the door was locked so we went and sit outside at the restaurants side. Because we were raised with good manners we greeted the guys in the bar although we didn't know them. Rather than bringing our drinks the waitress kept asking us question about the customer who didn't pay. Although we told her numerous time that we didn't know the customer she just keeps asking questions. We waited 20 minutes just for a beer and a colddrink. Once again the waitress came to our table without our drinks and started to question us again ...we were fed up and was about to leave when they brought our drinks. Customers that were sitting 2 tables from us were waiting for 2 cups of coffee.... they were waiting for approximately 30 minutes before they got their coffee. Emails were send to management and i won't be suprised if it doesn't get answered middelburgs tourism office claims they will sort this out but who knows. Come on this isn't a way it should be at the only restaurant in this small town. I would not recommend anybody to support this establishment what is the use of spending money and you dont get any service for it</p>
