Specials clearly advertised not upheld

A bunch of mates and I arrived at the Keg and Filly on Friday after work (18th March). We had our usual drinks and saw a really great special that was advertised on each table and on the website. It clear as daylight indicated the special was on for the duration of March 17-18. <br> <br> NONE of the staff even knew about the special. Our waiter went and asked another waiter, they both said they arent sure, called a manager, he also had never seen that before and he then went to look for another lady who seemed to be running the show there and she also never knew. They then \called head office\" who told them the special was only for St. Patricks day. I showed them the clear pamphlet indicating that its for Friday as well. I also said its false adverti*****t and we want the special. It fell on deaf ears. We were merely ignored when we asked for that.<br> <br> I then queried it on the KEG website. They apologized and asked for my number so they can contact me directly. 4 hours later when i was home already i had someone from Keg and Filly contact me with a half ****d apology. They were then very rude to me when i showed my clear frustration and that was the last straw.<br> <br> Worst is we spent +-R2k there"
