Blue cheese salad dressing with Steak

My husband and I went to the Keg for lunch. We both ordered steak medium. They were both medium well done but that can happen to anyone. Not only did BOTH of us find hair in our food - the funniest thing happened when I ordered a blue cheese SAUCE for my steak. My steak arrived and my husband had to go look for the sauce after 5 mins because it never came. He said he saw a staff member pour something out of a bottle into a container which was then handed to him.<br> When I wanted to use the sauce, I realised it was ICE COLD and didn't distinctly taste like blue cheese sauce.<br> We complained to the waiter. The manager came out to clarify the situation. He was holding a bottle of Ina Paarmans Blue Cheese SALAD DRESSING and said this is what is sent by the distributors for use. Can it be that a franchise restaurant does not know the difference between salad dressing and sauce? A bit disappointing to say the least.
