Absolutely shocking

A friend and I visited the The Keg at the Sunridge Village this evening. When we arrived nobody was at the entrance to greet us and seat us. We proceeded to seat ourselves on the deck area. Our presence was not even acknowledged. After 30 minutes we had to stop a waitron for a drink as at this stage we still not even offered a menu. Then we had to wait and had to ask the waitron for our drink order...his response: \ I placed the order"when he eventually brought the drinks we still weren't offered a menu and it was the last time we saw a waitron. I then eventually went to the bar to order a coffee.The barman said he can't help me with coffee but said he would relay the order to a waitron"
