Pathetic service at the Keg

I had the most pathetic service at the Keg on Town Bush Road. I did not feel welcomed at all. I was on a Valentines date with my boyfriend on the 14th February 2018. Firstly, our waiter(Genevieve) was not friendly, she did not give us a good service. We had asked for drinks with no ice and she did not listen thereafter we asked one of the other waiters for an extra glass to put all the ice in, the waiter who was the manager (Adrian) told us he will be back with a glass and never returned. A white couple who had walked in after my partner and I received their food way before us. We waited for over an hour until we received our meal in which by that time we had lost our appetites. The lady who had brought us our meals was asked by myself for tobacco Sause, she said she will be back with the sauce and never returned as well. When my partner called our waiter as we just wanted to get out of that horrible place we asked her to speak to the manager as she had informed us that he had already left. We were totally disappointed at the service we had received. They had ruined our entire night.
