R420 blue contact lenses refund

What distasteful service I received at Keevan sher optometrists, Jubilee mall Temba.I went in on 13 January 2022 to buy blue contact lenses,that were priced at R420.I paid the R420 and was told by Sylvia that I would be called to collect them as soon as they arrived.

To my surprise,an hour later I received a call from them,saying an extra R290 must be paid for a consultation,which I was not interested in or there for.I refused.I was then told I could not purchase the contact lenses.

On the 20 January 2022,I personally went in for a refund,only to be told that no one knew anything about it,both the doctor and the admin lady.Calls were made,I gave them my banking details then left.

My refund was not paid,instead when I went again on the 21st of January 2022 to enquire,a pair of lenses was pulled out from a drawer.The same contact lenses they said were not available or I could not purchase due to their terms of use ie R290.

I want my R420 refund paid as in yesterday.I was played for a fool.What a total waste of my time.
