Building Contractor Fail

I had the misfortune of dealing with Keet’s trading on a building project in Yzerfontein. The project started off well and everything went according to plan, but as the project progressed and the payouts became less so did the speed and quality of work.

Towards the end of the projected Keith from the owner of Keet’s trading contacted me to inform me that they have completed the projected and I should EFT the last payment. Upon inspection of the work prior to payment I noticed a host of issues that required some attention.

These issues were then addressed half-heartedly producing even more shady workmanship to say the least. These issues included fascia boards that were the upside down, leaking pipes, plaster not done around window frames etc.

In short Please stay away from Keet’s trading !
