Keep the Salt is utterly disappointing!!!!!!!

I ordered and paid for 4 Isaiah 49 bracelets in April 2020, proof below. To date I have not received my order, I have contacted the owner via FB messenger (he only reads, but no reply), several emails, but no answer. They are faith based, but they have tarnished the desire to wear these bracelets. I just want my money back. All the emails I have sent messages to, redirects me to another dead end email. I am extremely disappointed.
