Pathetic Service

Pathetic service from their online store. I ordered and paid for some socks over 5 weeks ago and despite an initial confirmation, I have not heard from them. Tried their chat on the website - no one responds. Eventually got a reply from George whose email signature says he is the Sales Director. He apologised and said the delay was entirely their fault and that he would let me know when my socks would arrive. Well, that was over a week ago and I have heard nothing despite two emails requesting an answer. Stay away from these guys...and VWS, who is an amazing organisation, should carefully choose who they partner with in future as this is not doing their image any good.
