home security monitor still not working

The company installed a security gate monitor. It broke.. It was reported in June 2014. Repeatedly they have asked for their money. They have repeatedly been told that if they fix it - they can get paid. Today their attorney phoned me to say that I must provide proof of the electronic correspondence or they will issue you summons.<br> <br> I will not pay this account as the monitor is still not working.
