CON ARTIST - *****S YOUR MONEY

In August/September 2017 I contacted Keegan Holms via an advert on Facebook. He quoted me for a learner license for my son. Keegan collected my son from home and took him through to book his learner license. A week or 2 later, he once again collected my son from home and took him to write his learner license. Keegan was paid in cash. In April 2018 I once again contacted Keegan to get a quotation for driving lessons etc.... I was requested to pay over R1850 as a deposit. Once Keegan had confirmed receipt of payment, an appointment was made for my son's 1st lesson on the 2nd May 2018. Keegan had to cancel due to personal reasons and was rescheduled for the 11th May 2018. Unfortunately my son had a soccer match on that day and rescheduled to Sunday 13th May 2018 at 8am. On the 12th May 2018 Keegan requested that the lesson be moved to 2pm on the 13th May 2018. At 14h45 there was still NO sign of Keegan and to date he has ignored my calls, whatsapp messages and emails. I have since been informed that he is known for this and that I am NOT the only person he has done this to. BEWARE OF THIS CON ARTIST...... HE IS A *****! A CASE OF THEFT HAS BEEN OPENED WITH THE SAPS.
