WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

If I had the option to choose a ZERO i would to rate this store's online service..not only is it a very expensive store but also worst service I have ever received. After receiving my online order it has not been 30days and my son's shoes has a hole in them, I swear PEP shoes are better quality...I have waited two days for feedback from Keedo to RESOLVE this and give me my money back or any form of service wouldve been great but non received, only ONE email stating that they will get back to me which i am still waiting for. I only order online and have never come across such slow and bad service and the best is you cannot even call Keedo directly you are transferred to a Legit store who cant assist you anyway...I was told by a Legit store assistant over the phone to return my shoes to a Keedo store, I live four hours away from a Keedo store, this is WHY people order ONLINE!!!!WORST WORST WORST EVER
