Unnecessary Inconvenience

I was suppose to receive my order today and was going to use the item tomorrow now because the incompetence from your delivery partner I have to spend another money. Courier company never contacted me but on the tracking summary it says I did not answer call. Please kindly provide me with the calling history as I do not have any missed calls on my device.
