Things not delivered but on the website it says delivered

I don't even remember,when I orded frm keedo, and there is no communication what so ever, sent an email 3weeks after they said they had a backlog, I understood, now on Friday when I logged in the website its says my order has been delivered while j have not received anything how is that so, sent an email , they have not yet rep**** , asking them how is that they have it delivered on the app while I have not received anything.
