*****ing Consumers money

I ordered items online and made payment but somehow there was a glitch on their side, they took the money but didn’t deliver. Sent an email no response. Then phoned them, the lady I spoke to said their IT will check, and they did and saw it was their mistake and was told the fiancé department will process a refund. Two weeks later I’m still waiting for my money. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You have just lost a very loyal customer due to your lack of service. I want my R650, *****ing is a ******** offense in SA, just do the right thing.
