over promise and not deliver.

I am so angry with Keedo store, I purchased newborn clothing , first order was on 27 April to the value of R539.00, second order was 1st of May for R949.00, none of those orders have been delivered. My account was debited immediately, they state it takes 3-5 days to deliver, which has been clear proof of it not being true. I phoned their customer service, which plays music, nobody picks up, spend R55 airtime, and nobody answers, bought another airtime for the exact amount to call the store in Cape Town, to be told they are waiting for the courier people to pick it up. I have sent them emails 6 days ago , no one replies. I am really fed up. I will not be shopping with them anymore.
