Order paid, still no goods or feedback

I am REALLY disappointed in Keedo’s online service. They advertise on every social media platform but they cannot deliver!! I have ordered and paid on the 14th of January and I have still not received ANY update or feedback after I have emailed them as well.

Are you going to give what I paid for or will my money be ******? I haven’t had this poor service from such an upscale store before, very very frustrating:(
