Online service is pathetic

Im so disappointed in the service that I've been receiving from keedo lately. I bought few items online and they only delivered half of my order. Nobody even tried to call me and explain why my whole order was not delivered. I tried calling their call centre only to hold for almost 2 hours Eventually the call got cut off. Ive tried sending emails to find out what happening until now I haven’t heard anything from them.
