Money deducted but order not processed

I made an online purchase on 29/09 whereafter payment was successfully deducted from my bank account. To date I have not received an order confirmation email or any communication from Keedo that they have received my order. This was brought to Keedo’s attention and the pop was forwarded but with no success.
