KEEDO quick to take money and NOT deliver!!!!!!!!!

KEEDO VERY unprofessional and quick to take people's money and not deliver!!!!!! I am VERY appalled by Keedo! I regret placing an order online. Such pathetic service!!! I placed an order online for my baby's clothes when their stores were closed during level 5, not knowing when they would open. Following the new level 4 restrictions, I requested that I cancel my online order and buy directly in store as opposed to waiting until delivery, after finally getting through to their call centre after calling 5 (FIVE!!!) times with no answer! I was told that I cannot cancel the order, and would have to wait a few days for the clothes to be delivered. I am still waiting! No word from KEEDO!

This is DISGUSTING!! I spent over R1500 buying clothes that are not being delivered! ClearLy KEEDO has no concept of integrity yet they are quick to take our money! The lockdown is just an excuse for incompetence and bad service! I am appalled, it makes no sense why they cant allow customers to collect clothes in store for the amount they paid.

SUCH MADNESS! Deliver my baby's clothes or return my money!!
