Keedo pathetic service
On Sunday i went in to the Cavendish store where i was assisted by a friendly shop assistant ,i had gone to exchange a gift my sister had gotten my son.To my disappointment they were unable to exchange it for me due to the supervisor being MIA.They shop assistant kept on telling me she was on her way and then eventually after 20 minutes told me she cant get hold of her.It is such an inconvenience for such a big store and she even didnt return my gift receipt .Disgusting service for such a big company
