Keedo horrible service

Received a Keedo gift voucher from a friend for R500. This was in 2016. The voucher specifically left the expiry date blank so that it can be utilized at any time. I went into the Fourways Keedo branch. They refuse to take the voucher or offer an alternative new voucher or cash. The store person and area manager have no customer relations experience and their solution to this situation is that voucher is too old and I must accept that they have taken R500 without delivering a service or good. Really horrible service. Definitely won't be supporting any of the stores under the Cape Union Mart Group anymore.
