Keedo hasn't delivered my clothes since Nov 23

I bought my child Christmas clothes on the 23rd of November 2020 and one of the conditions were I will get the clothes within 5 to 7 days. Today is the 21st of December 2020 and my child Christmas clothes haven't been delivered.

What is worse is when I went to check the order it says delivered on the 23 November which I didnt receive I have been calling the call center *** countless times and everytime I call I hear the same excuse. We have escalated the matter and we apologize for the delay not sure if they expect my child to wear thier excuse this Christmas

I want my money so I buy my child Christmas clothes and sick and tired of them not taking this matter seriously
