Double charged and falsified receipts

Beware of swiping your bank card at Keedo V&A Waterfront! You may be double charged and false receipts issued to cover up! I was promised I would receive a refund for an erraneous double charge but ended up struggling for a week to get the refund. I was told I need to come back in to the store first instead of them simply reversing the charge and then offered gift vouchers instead of my money. Eventually after giving up, I received a deposit into my account not a reversal, at the same time my bank reversed the charge. They then followed up with my bank and falsified receipts to show that they refunded me! This was the most shocking of all! If a store is able to make up false purchases and refunds, we aren't safe of ***** and ****s!
