Distgusting customer care

An absolute unprofessional act, on Friday arriving at the Sandton store at 10 am whilst the store is STILL locked! I then called the Cape union mart store to speak to the manager who runs the Keedo store, to be told lies by one of the staff that he was not in,he is away. I said he is in because i saw him the previous day. Suddenly the store assistant put him on the line. I stood waiting at the store when 2 rude staff appeared arguing outside the Keedo store not even advising me of why its STILL closed. I had to ask to then be told the key is lost. Not once did either staff member reassure me they were sorting the problem, instead just told me i have to wait. Eventually i had to ask how long was i supposed to wait, to which i was told that i had to wait a further 30 minutes until the key arrives from Pretoria. It was then already 11am. The staff were rude and unapologetic of the situation. I left as i had to get back to work. A waste of my time and paying for parking gor NOTHING. Furthermore. When i came back the following day to change my goods at the store, the 2 same individuals were in the shop and had obviously remembered me from the day before, purposefully ignored me and failed to greet me whilst greeting another client and overlooking me. Disgusting customer care!!!!
