Complement for great customer services -Keedo Menlyn

Good afternoon,

I write this letter to come nd your staff at Menlyn store. In particular your front till staff member by the name of Mapule Moledi.This lady knows how to fulfill the needs of a customer. My husband and I were had received an outfit as a gift for our three month old son however it didn't fit him so we needed to exchange it for a bigger size, however there was no tag as this was a gift. She told us the rules of the store that we can be helped if had the tag now obviously we didn't but she went an extra mile to try and get the price of the item we had, made a few calls, checked the system and came back to us with a smile and told us the price of the item and that we could then exchange the item we had. We were happy customers as this lady knew exactly how to make her customers happy.I was so pleased with the manner in which she handled our query, there's very few of her kind.

Please reward Mapule Moledi with some form of recognition for her great customer services, offer ring resolution at first contact, its amazing.
