Bad online shopping experience

Worst ever online shopping experience in SA !!! Numerous e-mails and phone calls regarding order - please look at answer underneath from customer care - 24 to 48 working hours - so another week and they have your money upfront !! Hello ***

Can you please help me to get a refund for this purchase. Management did phone on 17th - since then, NOTHING happened.
