Bad Keedo Online shopping experience

I am very dissapointed with Keedo Online shopping. I placed an order online and picked store collection for my order. Good enough the order arrived early that I thought but when I sent someone to pick it up with her ID and the one time pin provided the staff at Century City refused saying they need me in person. I am located 135km away from Cape Town do you really expect me to travel all that distance just to fetch an order? whereas I chose the store knowing there's someone who will fetch it for me.. such inconvinience.. What is the use of providing ID and One time Pin if the person can't be assisted? If your courier service where to get in my address and am not around, where they going to return with the parcel? You should bear in mind that you have minimal stores in the Western Cape and stop this nonsense.
