All washed out!

<p>I have been buying from Keedo for the past 11 years, since the birth of my first grandchild, and never experienced an issue.</p> <p>A few months ago I bought 3 garments for the newest arrival and washed them in Woolite, as I always do, before sending it to him. A patch appeared on the sleeve of a babygrow. I returned it to the Pavilion shopping centre branch and they sent it to Head Office for testing. They promised to provide test results, which have never been forthcoming. They’re also not willing to replace it and are insisting I used bleach. Who washes baby clothes in bleach? I do understand that it’s just a patch and the garment can be worn but it’s the principle of the matter and the disgusting way in which Keedo treats its customers. Keedo is expensive, not a bargain store, so one would expect better service. My children and will refrain from supporting this brand in future since they obviously aren’t interested in loyal customers or our money.</p>
