Damage to property

I took a pair of shoes into Keeboy Sherwood Gardens for repairs and was quoted R280. When I went the next day to collect them, the shoes had been horribly damaged. The repair person shrugged his shoulders and said it was the machine. When I pointed out that he was operating the machine, again he just shrugged his shoulders and offered no further explanation or apology. The shoes have been damaged beyond repair. I have not been contacted by anyone and have had absolutely no feedback. I have never experienced such shocking workmanship, customer follow up not to mention complete lack of remorse. There has been offer of compensation in any way. I strongly advise not to make use of their services!
