WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

It takes forever to get hold of them and the product ordered never gets delivered. I ordered items on the 18th March 2023 and till today (4 months later) I have still not received what I paid for. They don't reply to emails and they eventually decide to answer the phone after several calling attempts, then they will promise you that they follow up and get back to you...a promise which they never keep. The cost of following up daily now exceeds the value of the items I ordered. They can keep the money for all I care, I'm done chasing after them. It's exhausting and costly.
