Rather avoid these small unknown online companies, like Keebot.com

With the comments I have seen elsewhere on the web and my personal experience I would say: STAY AWAY. I ordered an item om 1 April 2023. Their website said that it was in stock and that I would receive it in 10 to 15 working days. It is now two and a half months and 46 working days later and no joy yet. Initially they rep**** to my emails and a phone call I made, but lately I do not get any reply by email or phone call from them. The last reply was on 4 May when they said the item was at customs and that I would have it soon.
